1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return is initiated within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

Returns are not accepted for perishable items, opened packages, or items returned after the 7-day window.

 

2. Exchange Policy

Approved returns may be exchanged for a similar item or an item of equal value, subject to availability and at the discretion of GBA management.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • No cash or card refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • All approved refunds will be processed as store credit, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

 

4. Discounted & Promotional Items

  • All discounted or promotional items are considered final sale.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on these purchases.

 

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Special Orders & Wholesale

Special orders and wholesale purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of documented defects or fulfillment errors.

  • Verify proof of purchase and identity
