1. Overview

At GBA Enterprises Ltd., we are committed to providing timely, secure, and reliable delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased via our online store, by phone, or at any of our retail locations.

We offer island-wide delivery across Dominica, as well as regional and international shipping to select destinations.

 

2. Local Delivery – Dominica

We deliver to all parishes and districts in Dominica, including urban centers and rural areas.

 

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Delivery is completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the location and order size.
  • Remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

 

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise arranged.

 

3. Delivery Fees

  • Island-wide deliveries within Dominica are free of charge.
  • Out-of-island shipping costs (Caribbean and international) will be calculated based on:
    • Destination country
    • Total order volume and weight
    • Shipping method and carrier availability
    • These fees will appear at checkout or be communicated via quotation.

 

4. Regional & International Shipping

We offer shipping to other Caribbean islands and select international destinations.

Delivery is subject to:

  • Carrier availability
  • Customs and import regulations
  • Accurate shipping information provided by the customer

 

Estimated shipping time for international orders ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

All duties, customs charges, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.

 

5. Pickup of Return Items

For approved return requests:

  • GBA will arrange pickup from the customer’s location at no additional cost, subject to:
    • Management approval
    • Availability of logistics personnel and vehicle
    • Service coverage and confirmed scheduling

 

If the pickup cannot be completed after two attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or scheduling conflicts:

  • The customer will be responsible for returning the product at their own cost.
  • Failure to return the product within the approved window will result in the cancellation of the return, and no store credit or exchange will be issued unless otherwise approved in writing by GBA management.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

7. Restrictions & Limitations

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or locations where the shipment of alcohol is prohibited by law.
  • GBA reserves the right to refuse shipping to locations deemed inaccessible, high-risk, or non-compliant with regulatory requirements.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

GBA Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
