Janots & Bos Pouilly Fuisse 6 x 750ml

All wines from Janots Bos are matured on French oak and then lightly filtered to give the wines a pure character. Under the rock 'La Roche Vergisson', around the village of Vergisson, lies the vineyard 'Les Courtelongs', where this Pouilly-Fuissé originates. The higher elevation, facing west, results in an exciting and elegant wine.

This juicy Pouilly-Fuissé is rich and exotic on the nose, with notes of mango, apricot, and mandarin. The minerality is expressed in its saline character, with hints of flint. In the mouth, it is notable for its breadth, a lovely buttery texture, and plenty of liveliness and freshness.
