Matsu—a name meaning "wait" in Japanese—honors generations of viticulturists devoted to their craft in Spain's D.O. Toro region. These centenarian vines thrive in a harsh climate with extreme temperatures, cultivated with respect for nature's rhythms and the region's time-honored traditions.
Each bottle captures the bold character of Toro while delivering an alluring smoothness. Matsu wines reflect the sacrifice, knowledge, and passion of those who understand that great wine cannot be rushed—it demands patience, respect, and time.
